You will learn lifelong lessons and exercises that you will be able to hold with you for the rest of your life after this class.  You will feel completely different after having this release.  It is important to innerstand that deep rooted trauma can cause stagnation, affect future relationships, cause financial hardships, effect our mental health negatively, etc.  So, releasing trauma and heartbreak and leaning from the experiences are imperative for growth.
